BactEradiX Takes Part in Navile2Day 2026
On June 11, the BactEradiX UNIBO team joined Navile2Day 2026 at the University of Bologna’s Navile District, a key hub connecting academia, industry, and innovation.
The morning session tackled future research and innovation challenges, featuring insights from Polynt Group, STMicroelectronics, Ferrari, and Indena. Moderated by Maurizio Melis (Radio 24), the discussion highlighted how stronger links between public research and industry drive technological progress and real-world impact.
In the afternoon, the team presented a poster on the BactEradiX workflow, outlining the project’s objectives and multidisciplinary approach to tackling antimicrobial resistance within a One Health framework.
Through events like Navile2Day, BactEradiX reinforces the importance of collaboration on global challenges and remains open to contributing to the antimicrobial resistance field through joint initiatives, expertise sharing, and new synergies with the research and innovation community.

BactEradiX at the EIC Summit 2026

IRTAL, represented by Dr. Agnese Tadi, participated in the EIC Summit 2026 in Brussels, organised by the European Innovation Council at Tour & Taxis.
The Summit gathered key actors from across the European innovation ecosystem to discuss deep tech, startup growth, innovation funding, and the valorisation of research results.
During the event, the BactEradiX representative attended workshops, plenary sessions, and networking activities, and had the opportunity to present the project to international stakeholders.
The Summit provided an important occasion to exchange ideas, build connections, and contribute to the discussion on the future of European innovation.
